Shipping policy

BuraCare Canada ships from Brampton, Ontario to addresses across Canada.

Shipping rates within Canada

  • Orders $100 CAD and over: Free standard shipping
  • Orders under $100 CAD: $15 CAD flat-rate standard shipping

Rates are shown in CAD and displayed at checkout. We don't add hidden handling fees.

Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays). During high-volume periods (sale events, holiday season) processing can take up to 3 business days; we'll always communicate any delays.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.

International shipping

At this time we ship only to addresses within Canada. Customers outside Canada can be notified when international shipping becomes available by signing up for our newsletter.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering an accurate shipping address at checkout. Orders returned to us due to undeliverable addresses will be re-shipped at the customer's expense, or refunded minus the original shipping cost. Please contact us as soon as possible if you spot an address error.

Lost, stolen, or delayed packages

If your tracking shows the parcel was delivered but you can't find it, please check with neighbours and your building's front desk first. If it's still missing after 48 hours, email us at info@buracare.com with your order number and we'll work with the courier to investigate.

Holiday and weekend orders

Orders placed on weekends or Canadian statutory holidays are processed the next business day. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
