Once your socks are
on, take a quick moment to check the fit. Proper compression should feel
supportive and comfortable, not restrictive.
Toe Room
Your toes should have enough room to move freely. They should feel supported, not squeezed or cramped.
Smooth, Even Fit
The sock should sit smoothly against your leg without bunching, folding, or twisting. Compression should feel even from ankle to knee.
Secure Stay-Up Band
The top band should stay in place without sliding down. It should feel secure but not dig into your skin or leave deep marks.
Comfort Through The Day
When properly sized, compression should feel comfortable for extended wear. Mild pressure at the ankle is normal, gradually easing as it moves up the leg.
