Refund & return policy
At BuraCare Canada, we want every customer to feel confident in their compression socks. Because compression hosiery is worn next to the skin and is engineered to fit precisely, our return policy is shaped by health and hygiene standards as well as fairness to everyone who shops with us.
30-day return window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After 30 days we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.
What is returnable
- Unopened, unworn, unused items in the original sealed packaging
- Items returned with the original receipt or proof of purchase
- Items packed inside protective packaging that arrives back to us in resaleable condition
Items that have been opened, tried on, worn, or whose seal has been broken cannot be accepted for return for hygiene reasons. Returns with broken seals or signs of wear will be rejected and returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
Sizing
Compression socks are designed to fit tightly to deliver the right pressure profile. Please use our sizing guide to choose the correct size before ordering. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or warranty claims for ordering the wrong size. If you are unsure about sizing, contact us before placing the order at info@buracare.com.
How to start a return
- Email us at returns@buracare.com with your order number and the reason for return.
- We will reply with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
- Ship the item to: BuraCare Canada, 475 Bramalea Road, Brampton, Ontario L6T 2X2, Canada within 7 days of receiving the RMA. Returns sent without an RMA will not be accepted.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product).
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
Please inspect your order on arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or wrong, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@buracare.com with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll arrange a free replacement or refund.
Refund processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm the outcome. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit. We cannot refund to a different payment method than the one used at checkout.
Non-returnable items
Sale items, gift cards, and items that have been opened or worn cannot be returned.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement at no charge by emailing us. Once an order has been packed or shipped, the standard return policy applies.
European Union 14-day cooling-off
Customers in the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days for any reason, subject to the same condition and hygiene requirements above.
